Overview
The Booking section explains how to access and purchase services within the Major ecosystem.
All services are currently managed through Telegram bots, with a future transition to direct website booking.

How to Book
Most services in the Major ecosystem follow a standardized booking flow:
General Process:
Open the corresponding bot (e.g. BoostBot or VolumeBot)
Select the desired service
Configure your setup (network, package, options)
Confirm details
Complete payment
Submit transaction (TX hash if required)
Service starts automatically

Trending Booking
Trending is booked via the @MajorBoostBot.
Flow Overview:
Start → Trending → Select Chain → Choose Package →
BuyBot Check → Pool Selection → Free Boost →
(Ultra: DM Setup) → Payment → TX → Live
Key Steps:
Follow these steps to secure your trending
Choose network (SOL, ETH, Robinhood, BSC or Base)
Select duration (3h, 6h, 12h, 24h)
Choose package (Prime or Ultra)
Optional BuyBot integration
Select pool
Choose free boost
(Ultra only) Upload DM design
Complete payment within 15 minutes
Submit TX hash

Volume Bot Booking
Volume Bot is booked via the @MajorVolumeBot on Telegram.
Flow Overview:
Start → Select Boost Type → Choose Chain →
Select Package → Configure Settings →
Enter CA → Confirm Pool → Payment → Live

- Volume Boost
- Bump Boost
- Holder Boost
- Select network:
- Solana
- BSC
Configure:
- Duration (Volume)
- Bumps per minute (Bump)
- Holders per minute (Holder)
- Enter contract address
- Confirm pool
- Complete payment within 15 minutes
Boost starts automatically after payment.

Ads & Promotion Booking
Ads & Promotion services are booked differently from bots.
They are handled manually through support to allow custom campaign setup.

Payments, Expired Orders & Refunds
Expired Payment Window
Payments must normally be completed within the payment window shown by the bot. If you send payment after the payment window has expired, contact our support team through the website or @MajorHelpBot. After the payment has been verified, the service can be started manually by our team.
Wrong Amount or Network
If you send the wrong amount or use the wrong network, contact our support team through the website or @MajorHelpBot. Our team will review the transaction and, when possible, resolve the payment manually and start the service.
Refunds After a Service Has Started
Once a service has started, it cannot be stopped or refunded.
VolumeBot Exception
VolumeBot users can stop an active boost and withdraw the remaining budget at any time:
- Select Stop
- Select Withdraw
- Confirm your wallet
The remaining funds will then be returned to the confirmed wallet.
Service Issues
If a purchased service does not work as intended, contact our support team. If the issue was caused by MajorBots, we will either refund the payment or restart the service manually.
